I had an amazing tent for my little girls bed delivered she is over the moon and loves it so much thank you ?

I had never heard of the company before I found a shelf unit that I liked. The order came promptly and service was good. Very happy with my purchase.

I built the unit by myself and it was very easy and quite fast. The unit is beautiful, looks like good quality and is pretty sturdy. Overall, very satisfied!

We ordered 2 single beds for our 2.5 and 5 year old children. The beds arrived much sooner than the allocated dates and we were sent a 2 hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery, this meant no waiting around all day.The beds were the Astrid and the Hampshire beds and they are of excellent quality and were so easy to put up.My children are over the moon!!!”

Really happy with the service from Noa and Nani. Bought a toy storage box for my granddaughter for her to store her toys at our house. Product excellent quality and value, and looks brilliant in her bedroom. Delivery very quick and efficient. I would recommend this company.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Paid £30 for next day delivery for a sideboard, 3 days later it still isn't here. Communication is appalling, they couldn't be less interested in giving you an honest answer or helping you. I was told it was a courier issue and after speaking with the courier was informed that the item had not been dispatched by Noa & Nani. I made contact through email and on average waited 24hrs for a reply and when the reply came it was from a random email address on behalf of Noa & Nani which was so dodgy ended up in my junk mail. Still waiting for a reply and honest account on where my item is. Is this a scam? Seeking advice from my Credit Card provider.

I ordered a bunk bed, slats arrived prompt but no bed frame. However, I was contacted via email to inform me that the bed frame was out of stock and I was given options. I chose to wait for the bed frame to come in stock so I am looking forward to it arriving. I understand that these things happen, especially with these uncertain times but cannot rate it more than 3 stars as I have not yet received my order.

My bed arrived earlier than expected and was very nice and easy to assemble. My sons bed looked exactly how it was advertised for once up and he loves it!

Do not use this company. Ordered a bunk bed for my 5 yo.Their online advert said "£100 cash back when you leave a photo review of this item".The bed arrived within 3 days...or at least the frame did. There were no slats. We received a txt the day of delivery saying "unfortunately not all of your order has come into our depot". Fair enough!6 weeks on we still don't have the rest of the order and my son is still sleeping on a floor. Messaged on Facebook but all you get is an auto response saying they can't respond due to the huge number of enquiries. Emailed but no one responds.Phone call but an auto service saying their mailbox is full so you can't leave a message.Twitter but no one responds.Eventually received an txt saying "your replacement order will arrive in 2 days"...but it didn't. They appear to sell products theny don't actually have. Stay clear at all costs. I have no idea who's giving this company the good reviews. If you look at their Facebook marketing its nothing but disgruntled customers who have all had the same experience. Next stage, I'm going through my bank to retrieve my money back.

Turned up sooner than expectedand in good order. A little difficult to assemble. An online video would help.Overall satisfied with the product

If you want a headache , or want the delivery service they use to keep treating you bad , threatening you if you don’t pick up your package from downstairs they will take it away ,calling you non stop telling you to go downstairs and pick up with no manners whatsoever, I was stupid to after reading all bad reviews thought people was exaggerating and I went an made an order , I so def regret in doing it that.Also, the packages are sent one by one which is sooo annoying I have 6 packages and received non as the delivery company have no professionalism no manners they are just rude people , Noa and Nanni this company never answers the phone or chat , I emailed and no answer and because I wrote another email saying if they don’t cancel my order and refund it back I will give a bad review and 5 minutes later they answered back but still with no solution , they still want me to come downstairs and get my package, as we are on self isolation!!!! It’s ridiculous service , PLEASE DO BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS AS THEY ARE TRUE !!!

Bought Hanna Triple Bunk bed for daughter. Ordering was easy, received free express shipping. My order was initially part delivered, after few follow up remaining package were shipped in 3 days. The Bunk bed quality is good, customer communication could be better. I will recommend.
